Tommyknocker Brewery has been creating quality, award winning lagers and ales in the
Colorado Rocky Mountains since 1994.
Our 2008 output was 9000 barrels. One barrel = 31 gallons=2 kegs=13.7
cases=330 - 12 oz bottles of beer. Our bottling capacity is 540 cases per day.
Maple Nut Brown Ale is our most popular bottled beer and Pick Axe Pale Ale is
the favorite over the bar, and with locals at our brewery and restaurant, in
historical Idaho Springs, Colorado.

A delicate amount of Maple syrup is added to each barrel of our award winning Maple Nut Brown Ale to impart roasted sweetness.
This addition balances the nut flavor produced by chocolate malts used in the brewhouse, producing a drinkable dark amber ale with a relatively low alcohol content.
